Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions readers ask us most often about how Fettle Post is written and what we do and don't cover. Have a look before you get in touch, though we're always happy to hear from you directly.
Who actually writes these articles?
Our pieces are written by a small team of UK-based writers with backgrounds in health journalism and local newspapers, and each one carries a real byline so you know who wrote it.
How often do you publish new articles?
We aim for a new piece most Tuesdays, with occasional extra articles when something seasonal or timely comes up, like flu season or the New Year fitness rush.
What happens if an article gets something wrong?
Email us and we will review it within 30 days, add a visible correction note at the top of the piece, and fix the detail so it's accurate for the next reader.
Do you get paid to promote certain products or brands?
We don't sell or promote products at all, and any advertising on the site is kept separate from the editorial content and never influences what we write.
Still have questions?
We read every question ourselves and aim to reply by email within three working days.
